OJS 3.0 contains a lot of new concepts and code, so it’s important to plan your migration from OJS 2.x to OJS 3.x in a way that doesn’t disrupt your publication schedule overmuch. Additionally, some features that are available in OJS 2.x will not be immediately available in OJS 3.0, such as subscription-based access. Similarly, only four language translations — English, German, Portuguese, Spanish — will be available initially.
