PKP acknowledges Marc Bria’s invaluable role as Chair of the Technical Committee and celebrates his ongoing contributions to our community.
PKP acknowledges and thanks Marc Bria, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, for his role as Chair of the Technical Committee.
Marc’s expertise with open source software, technical systems administration, and scholarly journals for more than 15 years made him an invaluable member of the Technical Committee, which he will still be a member of. Marc has also contributed to many other areas of PKP, such as translations into Spanish and Catalan, the PKP Community Forum Spanish Regional Network, and the Spanish Documentation Interest Group (SDIG), among others.
We also want to take this opportunity to welcome our newly appointed Chair, Emily Hopkins, University of Saskatchewan.
