
PKP held a development news webinar on Monday August 21st, 2023. The recording is now available.
In this webinar, Alec Smecher, Bozana Bokan, Vitaliy Bezsheiko, Devika Goel, and Jarda Kotěšovec gave updates on PKP software developments and activities.
These updates will be of interest to PKP’s Strategic Partners, Development Partners, Financial Contributors, and Community Contributors, as well as the wider community interested in, or using, PKP’s free and open-source software (FOSS) for independent scholarly publishing.

Access Software Releases
PKP released Open Journal Systems (OJS), Open Monograph Press (OMP), and Open Preprint Systems (OPS) version 3.4 earlier this year. The 3.4.0-3 updates were released on August 28th, and the latest Long-Term Support (LTS) versions of 3.3.0-15 were released on June 29, 2023, which will be supported until January 1, 2025.
