What’s on in scholarly publishing? Mark Huskisson, Publishing Development Specialist at the Public Knowledge Project (PKP), takes readers into an exploration of the recent increase in OJS usage around the world in a guest post for the Scholarly Kitchen, a blog established by the Society for Scholarly Publishing.

“When we released the data this year, a number of challenging questions were raised about the rapid growth of OJS in particular – quite rightly, as “open means open” and that includes being open to interrogation and challenge. But it also means, for many of us, a need for openness as we recalibrate and broaden our understanding of the current scholarly publishing landscape.”
