Actually the stage participants link position mixes submission with stage level data. We have the title of the submission, metadata link, editorial history link, all of them showing data related to the submission and the editorial process as a whole. Then it comes the participants grid link, that presents data according to each stage.
When we had one page for each stage this wasn't a great problem. Now we only have one page for the entire workflow, with tabs to change between stages. The data that needs to be loaded for each stage is inside each correspondent tab, except the participants grid.
The issue here is that users will not expect that the stage participants grid change if they change the stage. Because of it's link position, they will assume that it is the same for all stages, which is not true.
Move the link to open the stages participants grid to each stage tab.
