can authors choose their own reviewers?

Postby kanewp » Wed Aug 24, 2011 6:55 am

yeah, so, privacy issues notwithstanding, is there any way for an author to explicitly choose particular reviewers? (i gather there's a way for an author to leave a note about what reviewers to *exclude*, but i'm wondering if there's any way for an author to robo-assign a reviewer, and thus save the editor/others from that task.)

thanks in advance for any help/advice,

HI wpk,

You won't be able to do that without customizing the code, unfortunately. Let us know if this is an option for you, and we can provide some pointers on where to get started.

Cheers,
James
