Reference for OJS Default search Algorithm

I looking for a reference for evaluating the effectiveness of OJS default search algorithm.
Any help would be deeply appreciated .

Hi Zain,

I'm not sure what kind of information you're looking for -- but the best general resource is the code. Have a look in classes/search and lib/pkp/classes/search for the implementation. Briefly, it's a database-backed inverted index. If you need something faster or more flexible, there's also Lucene support via a plugin.
