Remove index from URL - bis

Postby Ojser » Tue Jul 24, 2012 7:43 pm

I've read old posts about removing index.php from the url, but those were mostly for interior ojs version.
I tried to apply them to ojs2.3.7 but I didn't get what I want! The index.php is still in the url and it sometimes doubles when visiting internal link (there are tow "index", one for the site and the other for journal):
So I'm wondering if things have been got easier with the new version?
Just for comparasion with Wordpress, when I installed it I didn't see any "index.php" in the url! This is nice not to have it by default!
Why such a feature is absent from ojs?
