"URL ... could not be copied to a local file"

Postby CharlieJ » Thu Jul 05, 2012 7:34 am

Running into a problem with bulk importing the articles in the current issue using the XML Import template.
Error Message: A specified URL ... could not be copied to a local file.
Have uploaded all of the pdfs and html files in the issue to http://ojs.great-ideas.org/Encounter/
and referenced that location in the xml file line as follows:

<file><href mime_type="application/pdf"
src="http://ojs/great-ideas.org/Encounter/Encounter252.pdf" /> </file>

Any idea what the problem is? Is it possible that I should not be uploading that article files directly to ojs but rather to a non-ojs portion of our server?
