Bad user email addresses

My recent user-notification resulted in mail bounces for a dozen or so users (who must have either entered incorrect addresses when they registered or have subsequently changed email addresses).

I don't want to remove these users or disable them, but I'd like to exclude them from future mailings until they provide valid addresses. As far as I can see, there is no way to do this. If that's correct, I have a suggestion for future development: add a field to the users table that flags a bad email address, exclude these addresses from mailings, and when such a user logs in ask them to provide a valid address.

(With only about a dozen bad addresses, the inconvenience is small. But I guess the number will gradually creep up.)
