Author sends article and editors does not visualize.

Postby loren7 » Thu Jul 19, 2007 12:43 pm

Hi, my name is Adriano, from Bauru - São Paulo, Brazil.

I instaled de OJS to manage a scientific magazine. Everything is functioning perfectly , but when an author sends an article for the system , in the page of the authors in "active submissions" the title of the submited article appears perfectly, with the staus "Awaiting assignment", and when "click" with "mouse" on the title of the archive, the system shows perfectly all the information about the article (Summary, Review and Editting).

But, when the Editor enter in the system, in him area (Editor Home), in Submissions, appear: Unassigned (1), this is correct. Entering in the Unassigned area (Home > User > Editor > Submissions > Unassigned), the information abou the article appear correct, but when i enter in the title of article ex: (Home > User > Editor > Submissions > #1 > Summary), th system show nothing, none information appear.

Looking in the LOG of APACHE i found this error when a access the submission area of editors:

[Thu Jul 19 16:22:00 2007] [error] [client] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 58368 bytes) in /var/www/html/ on line 2047, referer: ... bmission/4

Somebody can help me with this problem ???

Thank's to all and forgives my bad English ... =)
