storage of article content

Postby MMeijer » Mon May 07, 2007 7:34 am

Dear Alec,
I'm wondering where OJS is storing the actual article html, images, pdfs and so on. Can't find them in the filesystem, no blobs in the database.
Just want to know ...

Hi Maarten,

The files etc. are stored in the OJS files path, which is configured in in the "files_dir" directive. For example, original submission files are stored in (files_path)/journals/(journal_id)/articles/(article_id)/submission/original/(article_id)_(file_id)_(revision).odt (or .doc, or .rtf, etc).
