Changing review due date bug

Postby ppdm2 » Tue Dec 19, 2006 6:36 am

Hello everybody,

I have discovered a problem in changing the review due date. The formula which determines if a date is AFTER today is not correct if we want to enter a date corresponding to a next year day.

In the file classes>submission>sectionEditor>sectionEditorAction.inc.php we can find :

Code: Select all

   if ($dueDateParts[0] >= $today['year'] && ($dueDateParts[1] > $today['mon'] || ($dueDateParts[1] == $today['mon'] && $dueDateParts[2] >= $today['mday']))) {

I propose this formula :

Code: Select all

   if (($dueDateParts[0] > $today['year']) || ($dueDateParts[0] == $today['year'] && ($dueDateParts[1] > $today['mon'] || ($dueDateParts[1] == $today['mon'] && $dueDateParts[2] >= $today['mday'])))) {

PS : sorry for my poor english, I hope you understand.
