Index page to slow after Issue publication

Postby ramon » Wed Dec 06, 2006 1:51 pm

This journal with conference articles is a bit slow to load the index page after publication.

Their network is not magnificent, but there may be a server configuration that may help improve this.

Any ideas??

Hi Ramón,

Yes, that is extremely slow; I'd suggest enabling show_stats in, which will add a footer with some numbers on performance. Make sure that the cache directory and its contents are writable by the web server.
