Upload File Size

Postby hehe » Thu Apr 24, 2014 4:01 am

Hey all,

I'm trying to upload a file of 3.6MB, and it fails to upload. I can upload files with less size, like 1MB.

I checked php.ini's file size options. There were 2 options related to that, I guess.

I wrote

Code: Select all

php --ini

to locate my php.ini file. The output is:

Code: Select all

Configuration File (php.ini) Path: /etc/php5/cli
Loaded Configuration File:         /etc/php5/cli/php.ini
Scan for additional .ini files in: /etc/php5/cli/conf.d
Additional .ini files parsed:      /etc/php5/cli/conf.d/10-pdo.ini,

So, I edited

Code: Select all

I edited those lines:

Code: Select all

upload_max_filesize = 20M
post_max_size = 80M

And then, I restarted apache.

Code: Select all

sudo service apache2 reload
sudo service apache2 restart

However, I still can't upload my 3.6MB PDF file.

What must I do? Thank you very much.

Hi hehe,

See the OJS FAQ. There's an Apache setting you might also need to check.
