Administrative Function: “Download Backups”

Postby ojsed » Fri Mar 21, 2014 12:32 pm

Hello,
I’m a rank amateur, so please bear with me.

I’m trying to use the Download Backups tool. I get the following message:

1. WARNING: The database dump tool has not been configured in the config.inc.php configuration file. The configuration will depend on your server configuration and the type of database you use. It should be specified in a section called [cli], in a configuration option called "dump".

Where exactly is the “config.inc.php configuration file” located?

I found one file in the ojs installation in the config directory, but it has no strings called [cli] or “dump”. I must be looking in the wrong place.

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi ojsed,

The config.inc.php file in the OJS installation directory is the correct one. If a [cli] section is missing, you can create it as described in the plugin page you're looking at.
