Hi jomana,

The unsuitableSubmission link should take the editor to an email template; after sending that to the author, the submission should be archived. If you're not seeing the email template show up, then perhaps the SUBMISSION_UNSUITABLE email is disabled in your "Prepared Emails" list (as Journal Manager), or perhaps there was an inadvertent modification of the system.
