problem import file

Postby Dragone » Tue Oct 28, 2008 8:05 am

Hi to all,
I have tried to import a paper in OCS, using the import plugin.

I have tried via web but I have the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getSchedConfId() on a non-object in /var/conferences/plugins/importexport/native/ on line 115

I have tried also via shell with php /var/conferences/tools/importExport.php NativeImportExportPlugin ...
but I have this error
Fatal error: Call to a member function getSchedConfId() on a non-object in /var/conferences/plugins/importexport/native/ on line 248

I have validated my xml file and is ok.

If can help, here is my xml file (it is only a test file)
<paper language="it" public_id="">

Test carico da xml

abstract
<galley locale="it">
<file><href mime_type="text" src="FileDiTest.txt" /></file>

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Daniela,

The native importexport plugin has undergone some changes over the past year; I'm not entirely sure but I suspect this problem may have been resolved. If you can't upgrade your entire system at the moment, can you try to upgrade the plugin itself? You can grab the files from the most recent version of OCS here: And you can see the changes implemented in, for reference, here: ...
