Need to resubmit a review

I've not heard a response to this and so I'm re-sending. Thank you.

We have a reviewer who needs to re-submit her review. The complete file didn't come in properly. I can't see that there's a way for the reviewer to do this - understandably when a review is done, the reviewer isn't allowed back into that submission. So, then we looked for a way for the editor to overlay the review or upload a new Word file, etc. and that doesn't seem possibly either - can someone please confirm? Then we looked for a way for the editor to delete or re-start the process with the reviewer and that doesn't seem possible either. Again - could someone please confirm? If there is a way to manage this, we'd be grateful to know how.
