Journals in CD-ROM

Dear Obeiki,

If it were possible, in my opinion, it would be a it difficult to develop.

First of all, the user would have to be running an Apache Server and MySQL Server in their local computer, which could be distributed in your CD, but would use a lot of space.

The other option would be to save all the HTML files manually, which would be a complete waste, since you would have to manually change all the links, update folder addresses, and so on...

It should be possible, although unlikely for anyone to do this, to develop a PHP script that creates a static html structure...

I've never looked into it in any detail, but it might be possible to use wget and/or curl's mirroring functions to produce a mostly usable offline version of the issues/articles part of the site, at least.
