Description Alec Smecher 2013-03-11 10:24:24 PDT
Currently the OMP/OJS3.0 submission queues (unassigned and assigned, potentially also "my submissions") iterate through all submissions in PHP and pick out the desired subset. This will be too costly for all but the smallest production journals; this logic will need to be rewritten into an SQL query.
Comment 1 Jason Nugent 2013-06-27 07:33:02 PDT
use paging on grids, move logic into SQL for submission queue where possible
Comment 2 Jason Nugent 2013-06-27 07:45:01 PDT
move submission queue logic into SQL where possible

Closing for now. Testing will show whether further optimizations are needed.
Comment 4 Alec Smecher 2013-06-28 11:35:04 PDT
Great! Thanks, Jason -- and it looks OTOH like this covers OJS master as well?
Comment 5 Jason Nugent 2013-06-28 13:06:33 PDT
Yes, these commits went into both OMP and OJS master.
