Hello all,
Sorry to post this so late. I'was away on vacation for a while...

OJS is renaming the image .png file extensions (any of the logo or title image fields) when displaying the images submitted in Step 5 - Layout, to .jpg.
When uploading, the extension written next to the field is .png (they are 8bit transparent .png) but when viewing the image properties in the browser, it displays .jpg in the file name, but the type is .png...

Is this an OJS bug, a mime_type issue or a browser issue?

I've tested on OJS 2.2.2 and 2.2.3 and the same thing happens on my test server (Ubuntu 8.x, PHP 5, MySQL 5).

Ramon, is this still relevant? I'd guess that it was a caching issue. Sorry, this bug entry got lost.

I haven't really payed any further attention to this.
