Hello all,

I couldn't find any reference to this here, so I'll post.
While testing 2.2.1b1, I set my journal to be restrictive in terms of access, requiring users to be registered to access the content.

There is no notice or warning on the page and when I click any link, the page shows just the login form.

It would be nice to tell the first comer, who is unaware of journal policies, that the journal has restricted access or they may think there's something wrong with their browser...

Deferring until after 2.2.1. (Too late for new wording to be introduced.)
