Fix acceptance rate statistic; currently the ratio is:

# accepted articles / total number of articles

...when it should be...

# accepted articles / (# accepted articles + # rejected articles)

To clarify, in the above does rejected exclude articles that are immediately rejected upon submission because they are inappropriate (i.e. never make it to peer review)? That is, does the "rejected" number include articles rejected as inappropriate in addition to those that do not pass peer review?

Michael, the new acceptance rate statistic only counts submissions that actually make it to review, i.e. that have editorial decisions recorded against them.
