We initially used the “Remove” button to try to delete invalid emails from the OJS system but have since realized that these names remain in the system. While they do not appear in the “All Users” lists, these email addresses continue to appear when a Journal Manager clicks on the various function links under the “Roles” section (at the bottom of the first screen displayed after a Journal Manager logs into the software), clicks on each of the functional roles associated with the Journal, and then clicks on “Enroll Existing User.”
A very large list of users and email addresses are displayed including the ones we had tried to delete using the “Remove” function. What would be the best way to get rid of these invalid email addresses so they no longer appear on the “Enroll Existing User” lists?
How can I place somewhere on the journal site a visitor counter or, even a map geographical distribution of visitors? How can I create them?
