The OJS Userguide has now been translated into Spanish! The translation was coordinated by our partners at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and is available in HTML and PDF (PDF is 21MB).

This is a significant contribution to the PKP documentation effort, and will be of immediate use to many, many members of the PKP community worldwide. A full attribution, in Spanish, is as follows:
