I was a bit surprised to see that OCS 2 does not have a scheduler! Somewhat unusual to lose features when you upgrade? My clients are wondering if this will be available for their 2008 conferences (June & July).
PS: Pardon me if this info is available elsewhere, but I wasn't able to find it on my own.

That's correct -- OCS 2.0 does not have a scheduler included. We're planning to include something at least as comprehensive in the next release of OCS; we'll finalize plans for this release as soon as OJS 2.2 is finished (which should be very shortly).
