Hi,

In my journals, I have no issue numbers. I configured OJS to use only year and volume. However, using the "Notify Colleague" reading tool I get a message like

Thought you might be interested in seeing "The "New" Jules Verne (a sample
article)" by Arthur Bruce Evans published in Vol 1, No 0 (2008) of Verniana
- Jules Verne Studies / Etudes Jules Verne at
"http://jv.gilead.org.il/studies/index.php/studies/article/view/1".

"No 0" is certainly not acceptable. Can you help?

Hi Zvi,

You can customize the email template by clicking "Prepared Emails" as Journal Manager and finding the "EMAIL_LINK" message. There you can remove the issue identification information that you don't want.
