What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:1.
Search the forum. You can do this from the
Advanced Search Page or from our
Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we
especially recommend searching the forum for said error.
2.
Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3.
Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the
OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the
OJS Development subforum.

The following message is appearing under one paper in the Editor's list of Submissions in Review:
Warning: strtotime() [function.strtotime]: Called with an empty time parameter.
in /...path.../classes/submission/reviewAssignment/ReviewAssignment.inc.php on line 522
I assume that there is a missing or corrupt date in that particular paper. Could you advise on where I can start looking? Hopefully, it just needs a record in one of the MySQL tables checking, but I don't want to start making changes without expert help!
I am running V2.1.1.0

Hi ianm,
It looks like some versions of PHP complain about this and others don't. To correct it, try applying the patch linked at
http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2973; it should correct the problem, and no MySQL work is necessary.
