Using My Local Date in OJS

I want translation OJS to my local languages (Persian).
I have some function to Convert Date from Georgian to Persian Date.
but i don't know where i must change that OJS used my function for convert date.
please help me.

Hi mahdavi,

You can format dates by changing the date_format_... settings in your config.inc.php configuration file. For this to take effect in emails containing dates, you'll also need to patch bug #2914 (see http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2914). There's information on the available formatting components at http://ca.php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php.
