Title Index troubles

Postby TaB » Thu May 31, 2007 1:50 pm

After publishing the first issue, I noticed that the Title Index is not listing any of the article titles (its says No Results), but the Author Index lists the authors and the Issue index is also working fine.
Is there some way I can fix this?

Hi TaB,

You say the article is available via the Archive (or Current) links? Odd; you may have to do some investigation in the database. Find out the article's ID, e.g. by looking at its Editing page (it should be listed as #157 Editing or similar). Then go into MySQL and run the following query:
Code: Select all
SELECT a.status, pa.pub_id FROM articles a LEFT JOIN published_articles pa ON (pa.article_id = a.article_id) WHERE a.article_id = 157;
...where, of course, the 157 is the article ID you looked up before. Let me know the results and I'll see what I can suggest.

If you don't know how to run a MySQL query, I can give you further instructions.
