Hi,
Correct me if I'm wrong but line 189 of HarvesterPlugin shouldn't be:
$this->executeArchiveForm(&$form, &$archive);
but
$this->executeArchiveForm($form, $archive);
as Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated??
By the way OARINZ has some updates to existing Plugins plus have developing a new schema handler that you might be interested in. will discuss on another topic

Pass By reference Question
