What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

I would like to know when this table updated with the xml file. Does it happen only when I install the system?
I ask that, because I would like to update this table with other languages, but it does not happen when I execute the upgrade.
I also would like to add new fields in the xml to update this table.
Or I have do what I want to do using an upgrade xml?

You can reload the "Reload Locale" link in the Site Administrator's "Languages" page. Otherwise, the email data is only loaded from XML on installation.
