What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

or from our Google Custom Search
, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend
searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

It seems that sometimes our automatic remider system sends emails to reviewers well before any due date (response and submit) is reached. A reply from one of reviewers indicate that the remider has been triggered the same day as the review request. The setting for "If reviewer has not responded to a review request within" is targeted for 3 days. Please advice me if anything is wrong with our server or with our OJS setup. The cron job is set to be run every other day.
