What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

Customizing emails

Postby Ariane » Thu Mar 27, 2014 7:35 am

Hello,

I could not find a straight answer to my question on the forum, even if it seems to have been slightly touched upon elsewhere.
We are just moving our journal to OJS and are still figuring out most of it. We would like to send more professional emails than the ones proposed by OJS: our readers are used to receiving designed emails with colors, logo, widget to our social media, link to the organization website and a table of content that has individual links for each articles.
Is there a way to do this in OJS today (there does not seem to be any customization of mails possible, even simple things like bold or italic) ?

Thanks a lot for your help with this.
