Forum rules
What to do if you have a technical problem with OMP:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OMP Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OMP Development subforum.

Database screwed up after update to OMP 1.1

Postby stefan » Sun Mar 23, 2014 8:52 am

Hi,

We upgraded to 1.1 and now the reviewers cannot access the books any longer ("You have been denied access because you do not seem to be a valid reviewer for this monograph") and I cannot send them reminders ("Invalid series editor submission or no series editor submission requested!").

What can I do? Please help!

Best wishes

Stefan

Hi Stefan,

What was the output of the upgrade process -- did you get confirmation that it completed successfully?

Could you privately send me a DB dump so that I can have a look locally?

Hi all,

The "Invalid series editor submission or no series editor submission requested!" error can be corrected using the patch in this bug entry.
