What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

or from our Google Custom Search

searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development
I looked in the forum but didnt find any solution. When I send an email accepting or rejecting an article to authors, the button that collects the peer reviews in the email isnt collecting them all. Usually only the two first ones. I am not sure about the number of reviews that are collected but its rarely more than two or three (we have usually four reviews per papers).
I saw an issue about a bug but doent seem to be resolved.
Any solution? (I use a French version of OJS)

Is it possible that the missing reviews are the ones the Reviewers entered in the "For Editor" comments field, as opposed to the "For Editor And Author" field? If so, that would explain why some are being excluded.
