Display Full Text: PDF above citations

Postby jamief » Fri Jan 10, 2014 3:08 am

I have a client that likes the citations on the abstract page, but feels the PDF should be more visible rather than buried at the bottom of a page of citations.
Is there a problem moving this up above the citations area?

Which file would I need to edit for that?

Thanks, in advance,
Jamie

Hi Jamie,

What version of OJS are you using?

Hi there...

I had exactly the same interest, would like to display the "Full Text: {galley links}" somewhere up near the top of the page, more prominently, not buried after the citations. Not sure which file to edit, tho. We are using OJS 2.3.6 (at http://journal.radicalcriminology.org) ... Thanks!

Hi all,

Edit templates/article/article.tpl; find the code responsible for generating citations, e.g. for OJS 2.3.6:
Code: Select all
        {if $citationFactory->getCount()}
                <div id="articleCitations">
                <h4>{translate key="submission.citations"}</h4>
                <br />
                <div>
                        {iterate from=citationFactory item=citation}
                                <p>{$citation->getRawCitation()|strip_unsafe_html}</p>
                        {/iterate}
                </div>
                <br />
                </div>
        {/if}
Move it down to the end of the file, perhaps above the comments include, which looks like this:
Code: Select all
{include file="article/comments.tpl"}
