How to change the color as per the the status of manuscript

Postby grandpol » Thu Dec 19, 2013 12:10 am

Hi PKP Team,

I tried to find the appropriate previous posts to my question, but I could not. So I am posting here.

I want to highlight or change the color of the manuscript as per its status. for example, I want to change the color of the manuscript which are crossed the review deadline. In the current situation, it will become yellow when we receive the review report. But here I want to change it another color if the due date of the review is crossed.

If I am repeating the post, please mention the link to the previous posts.

Thank you,
Grandy

Hi Grandy,

Have a look at classes/submission/sectionEditor/SectionEditorSubmission.inc.php; the "getHighlightClass" function is responsible for highlighting certain submissions in the Section Editor and Editor's submission lists.

I am facing the same problem, perhaps I have moved to oJS 2.4.4.1 and the highlighting function is disable. Please explain how to enable this.

Hi aambesha,

There's no option to disable the highlighting; if you're logged in as Editor or Section Editor it should work. Are you not seeing any highlighting in one of those roles? Are you sure you have submissions that should be highlighted?

Yes I have submissions that should be highlighted and I am logged in as editor/section editor. No submission is highlighted.

Hi aambesha,

Can you provide a screenshot and note which submission should be highlighted, and why?

Thanks,

737 should be highlighted because reviewer assigned and not yet emailed. None of the article is highlighted for any criteria.

Hi aambesha,

By viewing the page source or using a web developer tool like Firebug, can you check whether any of the rows have the "highlight" CSS class?
If so, then the problem is likely due to CSS customizations.

I have a little knowledge of website development. Can you please check http://pjp.pakps.com and guide me how to remove the error?
