Hi AGT,

Strange -- the version listed is 2.2.1, but the script that experiences the failure is intended for upgrades *to* 2.2.1 from earlier versions. What do you see in dbscripts/xml/upgrade.xml referring to dbscripts/xml/upgrade/2.2.1_preupdate.xml? It should be...
Code: Select all
<upgrade minversion="2.0.0.0" maxversion="2.2.0.0">
    <!-- 2.x to 2.2.1 -->
    <data file="dbscripts/xml/upgrade/2.2.1_preupdate.xml" />
</upgrade>
This should mean that the script isn't run for anything newer than 2.2.0.0, including 2.2.1.0.

(Also, the subject refers to 2.24, and the body of your question refers to 2.4.2. Just checking -- that should be 2.4.2 in the title, correct?)

Hi AGT,

It sounds like your codebase is scrambled, and I can't guess at how this happened; it'll be impossible for me to debug remotely as long as your codebase doesn't correspond exactly to ours. I'd suggest following the "Full Package" upgrade process described in docs/UPGRADE.
