What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

Change Volume Number

Postby dbd » Fri Nov 15, 2013 6:47 am

I'm pretty new to the OJS system and I'm mainly providing support for an existing system. We recently upgraded to 2.4.2.0 and we are having a problem with one of the volumes being wrong. It is showing:
Vol 3, No 2 (2013)
Vol 1, No 1 (2013)

Both of these entries should be Vol 3. Where do I go to change it from Vol 1 to Vol 3 for the No 1 issue?

Thanks for any direction.

Hi dbd,

The 'editor' home page has links to the back or future issues down at the bottom. From there, you can find the issue you want and then click 'issue data' at the top to get to the page that contains the specifics you'd like to change.

Regards,
Jason

Got it! Thanks!

I realized today that the person that created my account and said they gave me "admin" access, didn't give me full access so I wasn't seeing many options at all.
