Viewing sent emails

Postby jpowell » Tue Oct 22, 2013 10:12 am

Hello, just wondering if there are any plans afoot for editors to be able to view the actual emails that have been sent for each manuscript. I often find this very helpful in OJS.
Thanks,
Judy

Hi Judy,

Yes, emails are all currently logged and the inability to view them is an oversight. I've filed a bug entry for attention, tentatively for version 1.1: http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8456

We are using OMP 1.1 now and had hoped this would be addressed in it - unfortunately, it does not seem so...looks like it has been deferred? Could you give me an update please?
Thanks,
Judy

Hi Judy,

We haven't had a chance to work on this yet -- but I'll assign a developer to it soon.
