What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

Hello,

I am new to OJS an d have just upgraded from OJS 2.2 (on linux) to OJS 2.4 running in a windows envirnoment. I have come across a problem for which i am lost. I think that some data update may have been missed in the migration.

Whilst working as CopyEditor I sent a version of a document to the Author. The Author was unable to send back copy as the Browse & Upload links where not active (greyed out). Does anyone have an idea as why this may be the case.

Thanks in advance
Paul :)

Hi Paul,

My apologies for the extreme delay in responding -- your post was trapped in a moderation queue we don't generally use.

Can you clarify whether this is still an issue?
