What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

We are trying to import unpublished articles, so want to establish the relationship between a given article and a reviewer in the import process if possible. Has anyone tried this?

My apologies for the extreme delay in responding -- your post was trapped in a moderation queue we don't generally use.
Currently the import/export tools do not support editorial elements (e.g. reviews, edit assignments, etc.), but we are currently working on plans for OJS 3.0 that include rewriting the current import/export support in a way that can later be more easily extended to editorial aspects. In the meantime, have a look at the assumptions the import/export tools make about content when it is imported: an "Accept" decision will be automatically recorded, for example, but it's still possible to work with the content's workflow data via the UI, e.g assigning reviewers etc.
