Report for Counting hits

Postby natlak » Thu Sep 05, 2013 4:26 am

I have heard about Google analytic and installed today as well for statistical purpose. In the mean time, i was wondering where i can get information about how many times our journal has been visited (number of hits) for the last few weeks to months, as I need the data for reporting purpose.

Hi natlak,

Aside from Google Analytics, your web server's access logs are the most reliable source for general viewer statistics. Most servers already have graphing and analysis tools installed, but the details will vary.
