How to reassign the same reviewer to the article ?

How to reassign the same reviewer to the article ?

Greetings,

At one of the articles, a reviewer didn't complete successfully the review form. The time limit has reached and the reviewer can't access article again to complete the form. I wanted to reassign again, but he appears to be already assigned. How can I do that reviewer to access the article and to complete the review form again ?

Hi,

If the reviewer did not complete the form but did complete the action of submitting the review, you cannot undo that review submission completion or reassign the reviewer. If the reviewer did not complete the action of submitting the review, he or she should still be able to complete the form and submit the review. When a reviewer submits his or her review, there is a second verification screen that pops up asking him or her if they are sure the review is ready. The reason for this is essentially because there is no going back. If you still wish to enter that reviewers remarks, you'll have to handle the communication offline and submit the reviewers remarks in your role as an editor in the system.
