Forum rules
What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OCS Conference Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OCS Development subforum.

Reviewer forgot to upload file

Postby waluyo » Wed Jul 24, 2013 7:22 pm

I am using reviewer form.

A reviewer completed the the review form, select his recommendation and submit.
Then he informed me that he forgot to upload additional comment (file), from upload files.

Is there a way to do that.
I tried to see from Track director, Director and admin account. The upload file under the reviewer section is not active, only "none".

Or is that possible to turn the paper active again in the reviewer account?

Thank you in advanced for any helps.

Hi waluyo,

You can't re-open a closed review, unfortunately; your best bet is to upload the file elsewhere as Editor (e.g. by using one of the email icons to email it to yourself, including it as an attachment) and use submission notes to record what happened. (Emailing it to yourself will get it included in the submission's email log, along with the attachment, for record-keeping.)
