Hi, new user of OMP here.
got a problem with files not being shown once uploaded.
I have tried various file types but even though the file looks to be successfully uploaded, it does not show up in any other stage of the process.
As well as this - more than a few times I've just had the 'loading' circle animation where the upload option should be.
See screens attached. This is getting very frustrating, is there anything I'm doing wrong or need to change?

In both cases, this is likely related to an AJAX request that's not responding with valid content -- likely because of a PHP error on the server side leading to a problem parsing the returned JSON message. (If that's Greek, don't worry.) I'd suggest looking on your server log to see if you can find the error message there; alternately, you could use browser developer tools like Firebug for Firefox to inspect the specific response. Let me know which avenue and I'll try to walk you through it.
