Forum rules
What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

PDF viewer problems

Postby ntorres » Tue Jun 25, 2013 12:07 am

Hi,
Some months ago we upgrade to 2.37, the current release then. Last week some users contant with us reporting the same problem accedint to full text article.
Whe you acces to pdf file which includes the article you go to a page where a viewer is showed. This viewer is too small so you can only view the header of the page an in some cases the article title. The links "fullscreen" and "close full screen" don't works and anything happens when you click.

There's any configuration related with this? It's a bug?

Regards,
ntorres

Hi ntorres,

Do you have a URL where I could see this happening?

Hi ntorres,

There may be other things happening, but there is a typo in your article header template (templates/article/header.tpl) that is likely causing this. Compare your copy of the template to the version that ships with OJS.
