I am new to OJS so please help me to find the solution of this problem
When I submit a file as author to my Journal after the final submission i cant see the file. Even when i log in as editor or journal Manager i cant open the file, though the system will show the file, it will also be in the directory which i have given while OJS installation, but it wont open whatever i do in any of the roles; journal manager, editor, author.
It shows a FATAL ERROR:
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'HTMLPurifier/AttrDef/CSS/Number.php' (include_path='/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/lib/pkp/lib/htmlpurifier/library:.:/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/classes:/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/pages:/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/lib/pkp:/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/lib/pkp/classes:/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/lib/pkp/pages:/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/lib/pkp/lib/adodb:/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/lib/pkp/lib/phputf8:/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/lib/pkp/lib/pqp/classes:/home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/lib/pkp/lib/smarty:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/thirdfro/public_html/ojs/lib/pkp/lib/htmlpurifier/library/HTMLPurifier.includes.php on line 83
As an editor or journal Manager I can't even create an issue it gives me the same error.
I will appreciate if get an answer that can resolve my problem.

Does the file lib/pkp/lib/htmlpurifier/library/HTMLPurifier/AttrDef/CSS/Number.php exist in your OJS installation? It should -- it's included in the distribution package but seems to be missing from your install.
